The garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. We called Richard at Durham Doors that day and were able to get service scheduled the next day. They called us back on Friday night to confirm that they will be over on Saturday between noon and 2pm at a fixed price. They showed up on-time, and the gentleman who serviced the garage door was very courteous, and did the work efficiently. Richard showed up towards the end of the service call to check up and all was well. We were very happy with the service.
